Stratocruiser members Clay Howard and Mike Nicholson wrote this song in the aftermath of the tragic loss of their drummer and great friend who passed away suddenly on April 25, 2012. Matt was a wonderful soul and a devoted father and husband. All proceeds from this track go to his family in their time of need. This is for Matt who we loved and truly miss with all sincerity. Matt was 42 and deserved a longer time on this earth but the 15,666 days he graced our world were among the best of all time.
